Overview As GM of Public Records, you will steer the North America public records agenda, identify growth opportunities, and shape strategic direction for a multi-disciplinary team. You will lead market-facing groups, drive data-informed decisions, and partner across product, sales, and marketing to execute go-to-market plans. Responsibilities- Understand customer use cases and business needs through frequent interactions
- Analyze competitive products and strategies and inform customer decisions
- Balance organizational and customer needs to craft a strategic plan
- Forecast trends within customer segments
- Define value perception for each customer segment
- Engage with industry peers and startups
- Lead data-driven decision making and hypothesis-driven evaluation (A/B testing)
- Set aggressive KPIs and drive decision-making with or without complete data
- Develop go-to-market strategy and coordinate cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, and other customer-facing teams
- Ensure ROI and track launch metrics; report to stakeholders
- Craft product positioning, messaging, pricing, and alignment to minimize conflicts
- Evangelize products to sales, customers, and media
