Overview

Environmental Specialist III leads senior-level environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic execution for government and public service clients. You will support safety, hygiene, and environmental solutions across CONUS locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to safeguard people and operations. The role offers mission-driven impact by shaping environmental programs for federal clients like FBI, with opportunities to influence compliance and reporting at scale. A Top Secret clearance is required to work on sensitive engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead environmental programs and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage cross-site communications
  • Develop and manage data-driven reports and dashboards
  • Provide advisory guidance to cognizant client stakeholders
  • Support nationwide programs and flexible site work arrangements
  • Maintain high professionalism and discretion in sensitive environments
  • Adapt to evolving program requirements and technologies
  • Lead in-house and client-facing environmental program activities
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
Key requirements
  • BS/MS with 5-10 years of experience
  • Familiarity with energy and water efficiency, LEED, and federal environmental reporting
  • Top Secret security clearance (must be maintained)
  • Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • Advanced analytics and dashboards
  • Experience in government and public services sector, especially FBI-related programs
  • Strong writing, proofreading, data management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in high-stakes environments
