Overview In this role you will lead plant maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime, partnering with operations and engineering to support growth. You drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, oversee CMMS-driven planning, and mentor a safety-minded maintenance team. You play a key part in reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility, balancing production needs with asset performance. Responsibilities- Lead maintenance operations to maximize reliability, efficiency, and uptime
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
- Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and optimize activities
- Manage, coach, and develop maintenance personnel with a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) across the facility
- Support capital projects, equipment installs, and facility improvements
- Manage contractors, maintenance budgets, spare parts strategies, and records
- Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve plant performance and support growth
- Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements and drive safety improvements on the production floor
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
- Experience leading maintenance teams and driving reliability improvements
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning systems
- Understanding of industrial process equipment, electrical systems, and manufacturing technologies
- Project management experience supporting capital investments and facility improvements
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies, PLCs, data systems, or CAD software is a plus
