Overview

In this role you will originate, structure and execute infrastructure financing and advisory engagements across global markets, collaborating with cross functional teams. You will build financial models, prepare investor materials, and support negotiations and due diligence to deliver tailored financing solutions in sectors like transport, energy and social infrastructure. This position offers exposure to a broad mix of products and a chance to shape project finance outcomes within a leading bank.

Responsibilities
  • Originate, structure and execute infrastructure financing and advisory transactions across loans, bonds, and structured products
  • Assist in negotiating transaction documentation with senior bankers
  • Develop financial models and perform analyses for infrastructure projects across sectors
  • Draft financing proposals, investor materials, road show decks, rating agency presentations and pitch books
  • Assist in due diligence with advisors
  • Coordinate with credit risk and legal teams on approval processes
  • Support senior bankers in responding to investor and rating agency inquiries
  • Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities
Key requirements
  • 4-6 years of investment banking or private equity experience, preferably in infrastructure/project finance
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, economics or related field
  • Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
  • Significant experience developing project finance models in Excel
  • Experience creating marketing materials and presentations in PowerPoint
  • Self-starter, proactive and able to anticipate deal team needs
  • Team player with ability to work with partners across functions and manage multiple deliverables
