Overview In this role you will act as a high-impact, senior analyst across multiple intelligence teams to deliver timely threat assessments. You'll support operational and strategic decision-making with high-quality intelligence products and apply rigorous analytic methods to evolving cyber threats. You will coordinate across teams, mentor analysts, and brief senior stakeholders, contributing to a scalable cyber intelligence capability. Responsibilities- Deliver cross-domain intelligence analysis (collection, attribution, campaign tracking, technical threat analysis)
- Produce high-quality intelligence products for operational and strategic decisions
- Apply structured analytic techniques to assess threats and form defensible assessments
- Perform quality reviews of analytical products, including attribution and campaign analysis
- Support cross-team coordination and contribute to priority intelligence initiatives without formal management
- Provide surge support for high-priority intelligence requirements and emerging threats
- Mentor and onboard analysts across multiple teams to grow analytical capability
- Brief senior stakeholders on intelligence findings, often under tight timelines
- Travel as required to meet client and business needs
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber operations, or intelligence analysis
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience across at least two intelligence disciplines (collection, attribution, campaign analysis, technical threat analysis)
- Minimum 3 years using at least one Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP)
- At least 2 years leveraging commercial CTI providers (e.g., Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Intel 471, Cybersixgill)
- Minimum 3 years applying the MITRE ATT&CK framework in analysis, reporting, or threat modeling
- Minimum 3 years using structured analytic techniques (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, key assumptions checks, diamond model)
- Minimum 3 years applying estimative language and confidence levels in written assessments
- Minimum 2 years in a senior analytical capacity (e.g., deputy analyst, principal analyst)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) (or Associate's with 6 years)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder briefings
- Track record of producing 10-15 high-quality intelligence deliverables across domains
