Overview In this role you will secure and optimize PCB supply for the Starlink program, ensuring continuity of supply and high-quality, cost-efficient manufacturing. You will collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams to manage suppliers and drive improvements across the supply chain. Your work enables rapid production of satellites and gateways, with hands-on influence from concept to full-scale manufacturing. You will contribute to risk reduction and process optimization in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Responsibilities- Own continuity of supply for PCBs on the Starlink program
- Collaborate with design, R&D, commercial supply chain, hardware reliability, and production teams to manage suppliers and deliver world class products
- Support procurement to strategically source parts by reviewing supplier capabilities
- Identify, audit, and onboard new suppliers
- Develop and implement supplier technical requirements and quality flow downs
- Implement and monitor PPAP with selected suppliers to enable rate production
- Ensure qualification and reliability activities at suppliers meet requirements
- Develop and approve process controls for critical characteristics
- Recommend technical product improvements to reduce risk and defects
- Analyze supplier quality and delivery metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
- Provide feedback to suppliers on manufacturing methods to reduce costs and cycle times
- Function as liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Drive supplier root cause failure analysis and corrective actions
- Lead projects and present reports to internal teams, management, and suppliers
- Act as internal owner of supplier's SPC, yield improvement, and process qualification for quality, efficiency, and cost
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- PCB, laminates, electrochemical processes, or microelectronics fabrication experience
