Overview In this role you will lead reliability engineering across high-volume manufacturing, driving equipment availability and performance. You'll collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to implement maintenance strategies and data-driven improvements. You will analyze failure data, lead root cause analyses, and champion CMMS optimization and OEE initiatives. You'll mentor reliability staff and communicate actionable insights to senior management to deliver measurable reliability gains.

Responsibilities- Coach and develop reliability engineering staff to strengthen capabilities
- Analyze equipment failure and downtime data to identify trends and improvements
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Compute MTBF/MTTR to support data-driven decisions
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize OEE
- Manage multiple projects and align with business priorities
- Enhance CMMS/downtime reporting and analytics
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis and implement corrective actions
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and deliver performance
- Model leadership and accountability through team collaboration
Key requirements- BS in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience (desirable)
- 2 years with CMMS systems (configuring assets)
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance tools
- Proven engineering and maintenance track record with problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in changing conditions
- Demonstrated leadership in reliability practice deployment
