Responsibilities- Develop and implement Asset Management improvement programs with priority setting
- Lead risk assessments and equipment risk assessment techniques
- Oversee spare parts management, planning, scheduling, training and certification
- Improve maintenance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure reliable operation of assets
- Transition time-based maintenance to Condition-Based/ Reliability Centered maintenance
- Scouting and implementing IoT technologies (e.g., remote vibration sensing) for CBM
- Serve as CMMS super user and SME; train site administrators and users
- Collaborate with RMS Enterprise Strategy to deliver a 2-3 year maintenance strategic roadmap
Key requirements- 5+ years in maintenance reliability engineering or related field
- Proven experience in Asset Management improvement programs
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and CBM strategies
- Experience with CMMS systems and ability to serve as SME
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation
- Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
