Overview In this role you partner with the Named Account Manager to guide large enterprises through cybersecurity transformations, spanning SecOps, Zero Trust, cloud, and network security. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping security architectures and business outcomes while engaging technical and executive stakeholders. You'll lead discovery, craft secure designs, and present strategies that align with enterprise goals. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position at a high-growth security company with meaningful impact for customers and career growth.

Responsibilities- Partner with sales to define solution strategy and align technical capabilities with customer outcomes
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and security assessments in complex enterprise environments
- Design and present secure architectures covering networking, cloud, and SecOps components
- Deliver presentations and demos to technical and executive stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs)
- Serve as the primary technical expert in sales cycles and guide evaluation/decision processes
- Advise on cybersecurity strategies including Zero Trust, SASE, cloud security, and SecOps modernization
- Build long-term trusted relationships with C-level leaders as a strategic advisor
- Support smooth post-sales deployment with professional services, support, and customer success teams
- Provide roadmap guidance, operational reviews, and strategic check-ins to reinforce value realization
- Continue as trusted advisor to ensure evolving needs stay aligned with solution capabilities
Key requirements- 5-8 years in pre-sales or systems engineering for enterprise cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments
- Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, TCP/IP) and core security protocols (IPSec, TLS/SSL, PKI, SAML, OAuth, RADIUS)
- Ability to articulate and design solutions across SecOps modernization, Zero Trust and SASE, cloud and hybrid security, and IAM (MFA, SSO, PAM)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences
