Responsibilities- Design steel structures, foundations, elevated platforms, stair systems, and related components
- Perform structural analysis and calculations per codes and standards
- Develop practical solutions for industrial, municipal, commercial, and agricultural applications
- Collaborate with drafting, PM, manufacturing, sales, and field teams throughout projects
- Review drawings and documentation for quality, safety, and code compliance
- Manage multiple projects to meet schedules and design objectives
- Provide technical support during fabrication, construction, and installation
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, designs, and project efficiency
Key requirements- PE license
- 5+ years of experience designing steel structures and related systems
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of structural steel and concrete design principles
- Experience performing structural analysis and engineering calculations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
