Overview Senior Director at Huron, within the E&C Oracle Practice, leads large, complex Oracle transformation programs and drives revenue growth. You manage client relationships, deliver high-quality implementations, and guide cross-functional teams while expanding Huron's footprint in North America. Expect significant travel and a focus on end-to-end solutioning, deal strategy, and industry-specific accelerators. You shape market presence through thought leadership and co-sell with Oracle.

Responsibilities- Manage an annual bookings target and oversee large, complex E&C pursuits
- Lead end-to-end solutioning and deal strategy for Oracle-based E&C transformations
- Develop and scale E&C-specific Oracle offerings (including project-to-finance integration, EAC, WIP/revenue recognition, JVM and partner accounting automation)
- Partner with Oracle to drive co-sell motions aligned with industry AEs and leadership
- Serve as SME in E&C processes (project controls, procurement, contract management, capital projects)
- Build and mentor an E&C delivery team with Primavera/PPM expertise
- Support development of industry accelerators and repeatable delivery models
- Lead thought leadership and market presence through webinars, events, and Oracle collaboration
- Lead large-scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs
- Manage executive client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations
- Define/manage program scope, budget, and delivery roadmap
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with best practices and Oracle capabilities
- Manage engagement financials (forecasting, margin, utilization)
- Drive governance, risk mitigation, and program execution excellence
Key requirements- 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
- 7+ years in Engineering & Construction industry
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-million-dollar transformation programs
- Strong business development and large-deal pursuit experience ($2M+ annually)
- Experience with Oracle solutions (ERP Cloud, PPM, Primavera Cloud/Unifier, Joint Venture Management)
- Experience progressing Oracle alliance and co-sell models
- Proven solution architecture, proposal development, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
