Maintenance Manager

In this role you will lead engineering and maintenance to optimize plant performance and reliability. You will work with a capable team to implement maintenance planning and asset management, driving efficiency and quality across manufacturing processes. • Competitive Base Salary: $130,000 - $165,000

• Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team to meet efficiency and safety goals.
• Design and execute maintenance planning to reduce downtime and boost equipment reliability.
• Oversee asset management to extend machinery life cycles.
• Apply lean manufacturing to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement durable fixes.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and engineering activities with cost discipline.
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA and related standards) across operations.
• Implement QA programs to uphold manufacturing quality.
• Coordinate external vendors for maintenance services and equipment procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in engineering and maintenance management in manufacturing or food production
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset management
• Familiarity with lean principles and Kaizen
• Experience in reliability engineering and technical problem solving
• Excellent leadership with team management capabilities
• Budgeting and financial management for engineering projects
• Understanding of safety management practices and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with root cause analysis and process improvement experience
• Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance in food manufacturing
