Overview In this Account Manager role, you drive top-line growth by selling a portfolio of DEWALT, STANLEY, and other brands through key distributors in the Charleston area. You'll build and execute annual plans, coordinate marketing efforts, and align distributor targets with company objectives. The role combines sales execution with channel strategy, pricing, and partner collaboration to grow market share. Responsibilities- Achieve top-line sales targets for preferred brands with key distribution partners
- Establish and develop distributor relationships, supporting marketing, training, rebates, contests, and flyers
- Assemble full-year growth plans with top distributors and lead quarterly progress updates
- Coordinate mutual objectives, marketing plans, and user targets with MSA and distributor partners
- Gain expertise in channel-specific pricing structures and programming
Key requirements- 3-5 years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with a proven track record
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 50% locally and up to 10% overnight
- Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred
