Engineering Manager, Fullstack

As Hadrian scales autonomous factories, you will lead engineering for one or more business domains within Flow's Factory Core. You will own product outcomes, guide architecture, and ensure production excellence while growing a high-performing team. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to translate business priorities into shipped work and continuously improve the developer lifecycle. This role offers impact across manufacturing scale and a mission to advance American manufacturing through software, robotics, and scalable systems.

• Own one or more business domains end-to-end, including product outcomes, engineering execution, and production health
• Hire, grow, and retain a strong team with clear career paths
• Act as hands-on leader on architecture, code, and production incidents
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to shape roadmaps and translate priorities into shipped work
• Improve the developer lifecycle (planning, design, code review, testing, deployment, on-call, incident response)

• 2-5+ years of engineering management experience leading product engineering teams in production
• Strong full-stack engineering background prior to management
• History of owning business-critical product domains and operational responsibility
• Experience hiring, growing, and retaining engineers
• Real product/customer instinct and business understanding
• Clear point of view on the developer lifecycle (planning to operate)
• Systems thinking to prevent bottlenecks and scale
• Experience leading or contributing to distributed systems in production across sites/environments
• Technical credibility to read/review/write production code and lead architecture
• Strong communication to align cross-functional partners and leadership
• Comfort with fast-moving, high-stakes, short-iteration environments
