Overview In this in-office role at Truist, you drive strategy and performance for deposit and debit products within the CSBB Deposits team. You own product design, development, pricing, and lifecycle management to meet client needs and optimize profitability. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Risk, Technology, and other partners to execute the roadmap and ensure regulatory compliance. Your work shapes growth, client experience, and the bank's competitive position in a dynamic market. Responsibilities- Manage a set of deposit or debit products including design, development, distribution, and pricing
- Mentor and coach other product managers and analysts
- Set and monitor financial targets (sales production, balance growth, client metrics, NII, fee revenue) and adjust pricing as needed
- Serve as Deposits SME on projects related to growth, soundness, or regulatory compliance
- Create a strategic product roadmap and design, build, and launch new products and enhancements
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive campaigns for client acquisition and retention across multiple channels
- Monitor client and teammate feedback to improve experience and processes
- Build partnerships with cross-functional leaders and lead teams across marketing, distribution, operations, technology, risk, and compliance
- Ensure product strategy aligns with client needs and market trends
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain position vs banks and fintechs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business-related major
- 10+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience
- 5+ years in product management, strategy, analytics or marketing
- Strong influencing, partnership-building and collaboration skills with ability to drive strategic change
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities with actionable insights from large data sets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomy in ambiguous/ changing situations to manage results and deadlines
- Experience guiding第三方 vendors on contracts and improvements
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
