Overview In this role, you will define AI governance, risk controls, and escalation workflows to ensure compliant, safe, and branded AI outputs. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security to embed governance into AI workflows and scale responsible AI practices. You'll own policy definitions, audits, and escalation processes to reduce risk while supporting business usability. This hybrid role sits in the Sales Enablement team under Worldwide Commercial Operations and offers a chance to shape governance for AI-generated content at scale.
Responsibilities- Define governance policies and compliance frameworks for AI outputs
- Design approval and escalation workflows for sensitive content
- Conduct risk audits and provide mitigation recommendations
- Create and maintain documentation for traceability and version control
- Educate stakeholders on governance requirements and best practices
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security to ensure regulatory alignment
- Implement human-in-the-loop processes and risk signals monitoring
- Collaborate with Agent Enablement, Orchestration, and Prompt Engineer teams to embed guardrails
Key requirements- Experience in compliance, risk management, legal operations, privacy, security governance, content governance, or regulated communications
- Deep understanding of AI risks (hallucination, bias, privacy exposure, data leakage)
- Ability to design clear approval tiers and escalation paths
- Experience writing governance documents (policies, standards, procedures)
- Strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Enablement, and Sales
- Ability to balance risk reduction with business usability
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Familiarity with AI risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, responsible AI frameworks)
- Experience with GDPR, data privacy, financial services, HR tech, or regulated customer communications
- Experience auditing content, systems, or AI outputs
