Overview In this role you will lead PAM engagements for large clients, guiding design, delivery, and governance of CyberArk/Idira solutions. You will manage cross-functional teams, shape proposals, and maintain client relationships to expand cyber engagements. The position focuses on implementing PAM programs, risk controls, and roadmap delivery, leveraging your deep domain expertise. This role offers impact across security posture and advisory work in a global consultancy context.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day PAM client engagements and deliver end-to-end PAM design and implementation
- Lead requirements gathering, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and documentation
- Develop client relationships and expand PAM engagements; contribute to proposals and SOWs
- Coach staffing, recruit and retain delivery teams across offices
- Demonstrate expertise in business processes, IT controls, and risk management
- Plan, implement, and deploy PAM solutions; drive roadmap and vendor assessments
- Establish continuous service improvement for PAM operations
- Communicate product and implementation aspects effectively to clients and partners
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability
Key requirements- BA/BS degree in relevant fields
- 7+ years IT experience with PAM solutions
- 5+ years managing projects through full SDLC for PAM
- 7+ years hands-on experience with CyberArk/Idira PAM components
- Experience with multiple OS, apps, databases
- Experience in secrets management and session monitoring
- PAM architecture assessments and regulatory alignment
- Staff leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel 25-50%
- Certifications like CISSP/CISM/CISA are a plus
