Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the corporate FP&A team, setting priorities and providing guidance
- Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting, including regional and corporate department plans
- Develop and oversee financial models, labor forecasts, and scenario plans
- Present financial results and insights to leadership, offering actionable recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and support business goals
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze large data sets
