Overview As Project Manager, you will oversee the design and delivery of land development, roadway, and civil projects in the greater Philadelphia area, managing client relationships and project outcomes. Responsibilities- Maintain and grow client relationships to expand our impact in communities
- Lead pursuit of engineering and consulting contracts with value-driven solutions
- Raise company profile in transportation through professional organizations
- Plan and execute strategic operations and business development
- Supervise design professionals and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Negotiate and deliver high-quality projects and manage budgets and schedules
- Review designs for compliance with state and local standards
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers and designers
- Drive marketing and business development for land development and civil projects
- Perform all aspects of civil design (layout, grading, drainage, paving, water/sewer, erosion control) and prepare construction plans and reports
- Prepare submission packages, calculations, cost estimates, schedules, and facilitate agency reviews
- Monitor project progress, staffing, budgets, and client communications
- Ensure conformance with regulations and agency requirements
Key requirements- 8+ years in site/civil land development and transportation engineering design and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)
- Pennsylvania P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong knowledge of site layout, stormwater, utilities, paving, roadway design, grading
- Experience with contract administration, scope definition, and project financials
- Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build trust across teams and with regulators
- Willingness for some field work and office-based duties
