Overview In this role you will lead the expansion of CLA's East Region Wealth Advisory practice, aligning market growth with a high quality client experience. You'll partner across Tax, Assurance, Outsourcing, and Advisory to scale the platform and develop top advisors. You'll shape go to market strategy, elevate advisor performance, and ensure fiduciary and regulatory excellence. Responsibilities- Lead regional growth and market expansion, identifying high value opportunities
- Elevate advisor excellence through coaching, capacity planning, and talent development
- Oversee advisor books of business for quality and resource management
- Recommend advisor compensation based on results and quality elements
- Build a performance driven culture and ensure regulatory and fiduciary rigor
- Bridge regional insights with national Wealth strategy to ensure alignment
Key requirements- 10 years of relevant financial services or wealth advisory experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and supervising financial professionals with AUM accountability
- Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory
- Bachelor's degree
- FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses or equivalent registrations
- CFP designation preferred (not mandatory)
