Overview In this role you will design and verify FPGA-based solutions for the Effector Digital Products group, contributing to weapon system electronics from concept to deployment. You will collaborate with circuit card designers and systems engineers to define requirements, select parts, and implement FPGA code. You will verify designs via directed and constrained-random testing and document the process with configuration management. Responsibilities- Develop FPGA designs, architect devices, and perform code development, simulation, and place-and-route
- Verify designs against requirements using directed test and constrained random methods
- Provide design support from requirements definition through integration, test, and production
- Document designs and manage configurations throughout the design lifecycle
Key requirements- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major by start date
- Demonstrated experience with digital design and VHDL or Verilog coding
- Familiarity with Xilinx, Altera or Microsemi/Microchip FPGAs
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain interim and full DoD clearance
