Overview In this role you will serve as the finance business partner for US operating business units, translating priorities into financial plans and decision support. You'll support Solid Tumor and Hematology franchises with performance insights and cross functional partnership, guiding planning, forecast cycles, and investment decisions. You'll create financial narratives and analytics to improve transparency and accountability, enabling disciplined decision making across the US OBU. This position offers impact through strategic finance leadership in a fast paced oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities- Act as the finance business partner for US OBU functions, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing proactive financial guidance
- Link functional investments to franchise priorities and long term objectives
- Support planning and forecasting for assigned functions and franchises, aligning assumptions and reflecting strategic priorities
- Prepare clear financial narratives and recommendations for monthly/quarterly reviews
- Collaborate to evaluate resource allocation, investments, analytics needs, and operations priorities
- Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and tools for planning and reporting
- Monitor key indicators and drivers to enable fact based decisions in a complex portfolio
- Support OpEx management, personnel planning, accrual coordination, and Anaplan forecasting to strengthen partnership
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or MSF desirable
- 4-7 years in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with advanced modeling
- Experience with planning/reporting systems such as Anaplan, TM1, Hyperion or similar tools; SAP desirable
- People management experience is desirable but not required; demonstrated ability to coach and influence cross functional partners
