Overview In this role you perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on organic, inorganic compounds or biologics to assess identity, purity, and homogeneity during synthesis or development processes. You will design and run complex experiments, interpret data, and contribute to drug discovery and early development projects. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate results into actionable next steps and drive improvements in lab techniques and methodologies. This position offers scope to influence pipeline decisions and publishable outputs.

Responsibilities- Plan and execute complex experiments and adopt new lab techniques
- Prioritize work to meet deliverables and design effective experimental plans
- Analyze and present results to project teams and stakeholders
- Expand technical knowledge through literature and hands-on learning
- Identify problems in the drug discovery/early development pipeline and propose innovative solutions
- Contribute to project teams with accountability for own area of expertise
- Design and execute experiments, decide next steps based on data
- Modify existing lab techniques and implement new approaches
- Communicate conclusions to project meetings and contribute to publications if applicable
