Overview

In this role you will support coverage of about 30 public companies in the Business & Information Services sector, building financial models and contributing to earnings analysis and research. You work closely with the Equity Research team to produce insights and client-ready content, collaborating across the broader coverage universe. You will engage with management, investors and internal stakeholders to identify investment opportunities and risks. The role emphasizes intellectual curiosity, teamwork and long-term career development within a fast-paced research environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
  • Lead associate on assigned stocks with responsibility for modeling, earnings analysis, and daily coverage
  • Conduct independent primary and secondary research using filings and industry sources
  • Monitor developments and macro trends to identify investment implications
  • Contribute to research reports, thematic projects and client presentations
  • Communicate findings to Sales force, institutional investors and management teams
  • Identify emerging topics and develop differentiated insights to enhance research output
  • Collaborate across the team to maintain backup coverage and sector knowledge
  • Foster a collaborative culture with a focus on professional development
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years in sell-side, buy-side, investment banking, valuation or a related analytical role
  • Strong accounting, finance and valuation knowledge, able to build three-statement models from a blank Excel worksheet
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy across research products
  • Strong research, analytical and data synthesis skills
  • Self-starter with ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Coachable with commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
