Overview As Quality Manager, you will lead the quality program and drive environmental health and safety practices across operations. You'll shape standards, policies, and processes to ensure products meet regulatory and company requirements. You'll oversee audits, CAPA and RCCA processes, PFMEA/PCP activities, and customer feedback to sustain top-quality outcomes. The role partners with leadership to foster integrity, safety, and continuous improvement in a high-stakes manufacturing environment. You'll contribute to a mission-driven culture that values quality and accountability.
Responsibilities- Lead development and adherence to the quality program across production functions
- Develop/review standards, policies, and procedures for product quality
- Approve shipments and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Resolve quality issues with QA team, vendors, and production personnel
- Plan and conduct quality audits; report findings to senior leadership
- Manage RCCAs and ensure timely corrective actions
- Facilitate PFMEA and PCP for new and existing processes
- Review customer satisfaction data and drive corrective actions
- Prepare regulatory and internal quality reports
- Support safety, 6S, delivery and productivity improvements through training
- Manage functional area LDM boards
- Other management-directed duties
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years in Quality or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of quality processes and production operations
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team of technicians
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Project management experience; MS-Project preferred
- Certifications in quality disciplines (e.g., CQA, CMQ/OE, PMP) are ideal
- Proficiency with MS-Office
