Overview As the seniormost delivery leader, you guide major design-construction programs from BW Design Group's integrated delivery models. You'll align complex projects with firm strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and foster client loyalty through a superior delivery experience. You drive pursuit-to-delivery excellence, shaping project strategy and risk management while expanding client partnerships. This role combines leadership, technical delivery, and strategic influence to scale our integrated design-build capabilities.
Responsibilities- Lead major design/construction programs (MAE, IDB, EPC) and align with firm strategy and KPIs
- Shape project delivery through PxP, contract documents, and success conditions
- Develop and lead project teams, including internal staff and external partners
- Drive client engagement, relationship-based growth, and multi-year account plans
- Oversee design-for-assembly, integration, fabrication, and delegated design practices
- Manage pursuit, capability development, and presentation of BWDG's delivery approaches
- Coordinate risk, quality, safety, procurement, and financial programs; conduct status reviews
- Grow industry presence by expanding network with clients, trade partners, and OEMs
Key requirements- 15+ years of progressive leadership in major design/construction projects or programs
- Experience in CPG/Food/Beverage/Life Sciences/Advanced Manufacturing/Data Center/Mission Critical markets
- Strong understanding of risk allocation, contract terms, and insurance transfer for MAE/IDB/EPC and DBB models
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, positioning, teaming, project staffing
- fluency in preconstruction to BIM/VDC, project/financial management, estimating, scheduling
- Collaborative leadership across engineering, architecture, and construction
- Licensed professional credentials (PE/RA/etc.) or eligibility; willingness for licensure
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent)
