Overview As Quality Lead for a key ADP Skunk Works program, you will drive quality across multiple business units from design to production. You'll partner with program management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure robust quality standards, lead corrective actions, and guide supplier performance. You will tackle complex failure investigations and enable continuous improvement in a fast-paced, aerospace environment. Responsibilities- Apply quality principles across design, inbound, production, and evaluation to ensure conformance
- Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain on quality issues
- Lead failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions
- Develop strategies to improve internal and supplier performance and productivity
- Evaluate and improve quality systems and inspection/testing processes
- Engage in supplier qualification and certification programs
- Design and analyze inspection methods, testing, and verification activities
- Lead the quality team for the ADP Skunk Works program and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
Key requirements- Broad aerospace program development experience across multiple programs (including classified)
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of professional experience
- Expert RCCA knowledge with proven corrective actions
- Experience leading quality teams on new or legacy programs
- Experience with USAF/DCMA in a lead quality role
- Ability to interface with suppliers, customers, engineering, and program leadership
- Experience developing inspection/verification methods and procedures
- Background in product design, manufacturing planning, quality engineering, inspection, or supply chain management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Mentorship of other quality engineers/inspectors
- RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) expertise
- AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 knowledge
- Green Belt/Black Belt or other continuous improvement training
