Overview In this role, you will support the Global Securitized Credit team in sourcing and underwriting securitized credit opportunities across ABF sectors. You'll work with Portfolio Managers, the Investment Committee, and cross-functional teams to understand strategy, assess credit risk, and help move transactions from diligence to close. You will influence investment decisions through market insights and rigorous analysis, shaping the firm's securitized portfolio. Responsibilities- Manage relationships within JPMorgan and with issuers, bankers, and third parties
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the Investment Committee to understand portfolio positioning and assist transaction pipeline
- Contribute market and borrower insights to the investment process and support timelines
- Participate in underwriting, structuring, negotiation, pricing, and closing of private ABF transactions
- Draft credit memorandums and build credit models for new transactions
- Monitor surveillance reports and analyze collateral performance and financial statements
Key requirements- 3-5+ years in origination, credit, or capital markets
- Strong understanding of ABF credit and legal terminology; experience with credit documentation and covenant analysis
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; coding experience and knowledge of Intex and/or Trepp a plus
- Demonstrated team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
