Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end design and deployment of cost management within PMIS platforms, aligning CBS/WBS with project structures. You'll shape system architecture, data models, and workflows to support budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting. You'll guide a team to configure cost sheets, KPIs, and dashboards, and ensure governance and interoperability with ERP systems. This position partners across finance, project controls, and IT to deliver scalable cost management solutions that meet audit standards. You'll engage leadership through workshops and trainings to drive adoption and value.

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design and deployment of cost management within PMIS platforms
- Draft and develop system architecture integrating cost management with GDC systems and applications
- Define data models, workflows, and business rules for budget, grants, actuals, forecasting, and change management
- Lead the team to configure cost sheets, cash flow curves, and funding source tracking
- Serve as cost management SME including KPI definition, cost-at-completion forecasting, and variance analysis
- Establish cost breakdown structures (CBS) aligned with program and reporting hierarchies
- Support development and enforcement of cost management procedures, standards, and governance
- Lead cost reports/dashboard design and development, including data warehouse integration hub for monthly reporting
- Advise on budget baseline management, change order workflows, and contingency tracking
- Partner with owners, program managers, and finance to translate requirements into configurations
- Present cost performance data and system capabilities to leadership and project controls
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams
- Coordinate with IT, Project Control, and vendors to resolve technical issues and enhancements
- Support GDC programs across all construction packages and task orders
- Ensure PMIS cost data aligns with reporting and audit standards
- Drive interoperability between PMIS and other ERP systems (e.g., Sage) for financial reconciliation

Key requirements- 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture for PMIS, ERP, and similar products
- Advanced knowledge of cost management and CBS/WBS alignment
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, PM, or related field
- Proven experience administering PMIS in complex construction projects or infrastructures
