Overview In this role you drive regional OT fleet security, reliability, and lifecycle management for data center operations. You lead Threat Vulnerability Management execution across BMS/SCADA/PLC environments and coordinate remediation with vendors. You also build regional capabilities through coaching and training, developing repeatable methods to reduce external dependency. You will discuss risk and progress with technical and operational stakeholders while ensuring operational readiness and safety.

Responsibilities- Own regional execution of the TVM program from assessment to closure
- Assess vulnerabilities and lifecycle risks across OT environments (BMS, SCADA, PLC, historian, gateway)
- Develop remediation strategies balancing security, continuity, and change risk
- Maintain remediation roadmaps, risk registers, and stakeholder updates
- Support platform modernization, patching, upgrades, and migrations with validation and rollback readiness
- Provide advanced technical support for industrial controls and supervisory platforms
- Review control architectures, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and network diagrams
- Coordinate with IT/cybersecurity and OT teams to resolve cross-domain dependencies
- Lead vendor/contractor remediation activities and ensure quality and timelines
- Develop training, standards, and playbooks to uplift regional Controls Engineers
- Mentor engineers and share lessons learned across sites
Key requirements- 7+ years in industrial controls, automation, BMS/SCADA, or OT engineering
- Experience with at least two major industrial controls platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, Ignition, AVEVA System Platform, Schneider Electric)
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, historians, gateways, and OT networks
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, virtualization, backup/recovery, IAM, remote support
- Experience assessing and remediating vulnerabilities or lifecycle risks in OT environments
- Experience directing vendors/contractors through multi-site remediation or modernization
- Ability to create scopes, implementation plans, test procedures, risk assessments, and executive updates
- Strong communication skills; ability to influence engineers and stakeholders without direct authority
