Overview In this Clinical Specialist role, you support Abbott's Stroke Prevention portfolio (Amplatzer, Amulet, LAA Occluder) by educating clinicians and providing procedural guidance. You will work with Territory Managers to ensure excellent case coverage and clinical outcomes, driving product adoption through hands-on education and technical support. The position emphasizes clinical influence, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven messaging to advance patient care. A strong clinical orientation and travel up to 50% enable you to shape best practices in interventional cardiology.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure case coverage and favorable patient outcomes
- Serve as primary clinical resource for surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products
- Educate customers on proper clinical usage and benefits of products
- Inform customers about latest product, therapy, and technology developments
- Engage in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions and tie data outcomes to messaging
- Meet with healthcare providers to identify clinical needs and propose feasible solutions
- Influence a variety of clinician personalities to drive product adoption
Key requirements- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of related cardiovascular work experience
- Vendor credentialing requirements verification (COVID-19 vaccination may be required)
