Overview

In this role you will support Condé Nast's US and global revenue operations by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful revenue analysis, and scalable processes. You will partner with Revenue, FP&A and Digital Operations to shape forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning in a fast-paced media environment. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive data governance, and implement automation to improve efficiency and decision-making. This is an opportunity to influence strategy at senior levels while working with a global, technology-forward finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Revenue stakeholders to guide strategy, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Serve as Project Lead for cross-functional initiatives
  • Leverage AI and automation to optimize team workflows
  • Develop and maintain financial models and input templates; evaluate cost/benefit and ROI
  • Prepare and present executive-level materials with clear strategic insights
  • Lead annual rebuild of database systems to unify global daily reporting and ensure data integrity across GL, Division, and Enterprise Data Warehouses
  • Own, troubleshoot, and optimize automation scripts (VBA, VBS, Google App Scripts) to streamline data pipelines
  • Design and deploy templates to consolidate annual and seasonal budget submissions (US Budget by Brand, Global Budget)
  • Collaborate with global markets to track and forecast the global events pipeline and provide financial insights for decision-making
Key requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of finance or business operations experience, preferably in media
  • Proven experience in revenue reporting, forecasting, and close reconciliation
  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Tech-forward mindset with AI-enhanced financial workflows
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; ability to present data concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage all levels of the organization
  • Self-driven, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented with minimal supervision
  • Proven creative problem-solving and quantitative skills; proficient modeling in Excel Power Query
