Senior Corporate Recruiter

In this mid-senior Recruiter role, you will drive talent acquisition for a consumer services organization by aligning with hiring managers to understand business needs. You will own candidate sourcing and initial screening, building a strong pipeline through LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and Monster. You will conduct early interviews and refer qualified candidates, ultimately extending offers when there is mutual fit. This role emphasizes relationship-building, candidate experience, and efficient use of an ATS to support rapid hiring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape talent outcomes and support company growth.

• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs
• Pre-screen resumes of applicants
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and Monster
• Conduct an initial phone screen and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Extend job offers to candidates that the company is interested in

• 5+ years corporate or agency recruiting experience
• Some supervisory experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
