Overview In this role you will provide on-site technical support to study participants, helping port devices to the required platform and pairing Apple Watch with phones. You will verify connectivity, troubleshoot mobile devices and wearables, and guide participants on proper usage while ensuring data privacy and study protocol compliance. You'll work closely with the research team to document setups and resolve issues, contributing to reliable device performance in a clinical research setting. Responsibilities- Provide on-site technical support to participants during scheduled visits
- Assist participants with porting mobile devices to the required platform
- Configure and pair Apple Watch devices with participant mobile phones
- Ensure proper installation of required applications and system settings
- Verify device connectivity, data synchronization, and functionality
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile devices and wearables
- Provide clear instructions and guidance on device use
- Document setup completion and any technical issues encountered
