Overview In this Senior Manager role, you will lead Arup's Financial Advisory practice on infrastructure projects across transportation, energy, water and social sectors. You will manage client engagements, develop procurement strategies, and guide complex financing structures using non-recourse project finance. You'll coordinate with internal experts and external partners to deploy Arup's capabilities for public agencies and private sponsors from inception to construction. This is a role with high visibility, cross functional collaboration, and meaningful impact on major projects aligned with sustainable development.

Responsibilities- Lead development and assessment of business cases for greenfield and brownfield projects, including P3s and procurement strategy selection
- Coordinate with developers, investors, debt providers, project sponsors and government agencies, plus co-advisors such as legal and insurance
- Prepare procurement strategies and documents (RFI/RFQ/RFP, PDA) and manage the procurement process through financial close
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff on analytical and financial advisory skills
- Conduct financial modeling, projections, value-for-money analyses, risk allocation and governance advice
- Manage client and stakeholder interfaces via meetings, presentations, and workshops
- Deliver commercial and financial results in dynamic client environments
- Identify and lead pre-positioning activities and proposal efforts
- Develop and maintain internal and external networks and client relationships
- Oversee risk identification, assessment and allocation in project agreements
- Support development of project governance and organizational structures for complex programs
Key requirements- 12+ years of relevant financial advisory and project management experience for infrastructure projects
- Strong passion for infrastructure delivery and sustainable development
- Proven track record of leading teams across multiple engagements
- Sector knowledge in project finance, financial modeling, financial analysis and risk management
- Knowledge of PPP/procurement and project financing transactions
- Excellent commercial, organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
