Overview In this role you will lead the comprehensive management of premier commercial properties, blending facility and commercial property management to deliver operational excellence and asset value. You will work closely with clients as part of the Client Senior Management Team to align facility needs with investment objectives. Expect to tackle strategic planning, budgeting, tenant relations, and project oversight across a portfolio. You will shape workplace experiences and adapt to clients' evolving priorities, driving measurable impact for assets and occupants. Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated facility and property management strategies
- Conduct Management Compliance Reviews and property inspections
- Establish annual budgets and manage financial reporting for both facility operations and property management
- Engage with tenant representatives and support lease discussions
- Set goals for the property management team and evaluate performance
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and oversee construction projects
- Implement workplace experience programs and anticipate client priorities
- Travel between properties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years' experience in property/asset management and/or facility management
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-functional teams
- Experience managing large scale commercial properties or facilities
- Commercially astute with experience managing large P&Ls and financial oversight
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property/facility management software
