• Lead and manage tax engagements, including preparation and review of complex returns with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert advisory on tax projections, forecasts, estate planning, and business succession for clients.
• Mentor and develop staff to cultivate the next generation of tax professionals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value for clients amid a changing regulatory landscape.

• Active CPA license
• 8+ years of public accounting with significant tax focus
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and provide expert tax advice
• Extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for individuals, small businesses, and trusts
• Strong tax research and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
