Overview In this field-based, remote MSL role you will advance clinical practice in your assigned geography to improve patient outcomes. You will combine deep therapeutic expertise with market insight to engage healthcare professionals and thought leaders, informing medical strategy and executing territory plans. You'll collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, HEOR and other teams while maintaining compliance. This role offers the chance to shape medical programs, support company-sponsored trials, and drive impact through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities- Engage with HCPs and thought leaders to discuss emerging data, trial activities, and disease state education in line with medical strategy
- Plan and execute Medical Engagements and Key Accounts within the territory, mapping stakeholders and opportunities
- Identify partnerships with academic centers and systems of care to drive impact
- Collaborate with internal teams (HEOR, access, marketing, commercial) to advance clinical practice
- Provide clinical trial support for company-sponsored trials and coordinate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic area and regulatory policies, ensuring compliant activities
- Complete administrative tasks (CRM profiling, expense reporting, compliance training) in a timely manner
- Champion evolving territory needs and pursue professional development
Key requirements- Graduate degree in science or healthcare (doctorate preferred: MD, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc.)
- 0-3 years in field medical or MSL role or 3-5 years in medical affairs/clinical research
- Strong clinical knowledge in pharmacotherapy, guidelines, clinical research processes, and FDA/ethical guidelines
- Ability to travel 60-70% + valid driver's license
- Compliance with ethics and promotional policies and ability to operate within regulatory requirements
- Residence within or near the territory (within 50 miles)
