Overview In this role you drive customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance. You coordinate timelines, milestones, migration goals, and transformation strategies across cross-functional teams. You advocate for customers to remove blockers and guide executive-level discussions to align business and technical needs. You plan events and launches with partners from Support, Engineering, and SRE to ensure success and scale learnings into repeatable assets.

Responsibilities- Lead the customer adoption and implementation journey for Google Cloud
- Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, and migration goals
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive feature development
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams and teams to maintain customer momentum
- Develop stakeholder relationships, create roadmaps, and run quarterly business reviews and executive sessions
- Plan customer events and launches with cross-functional partners (Support, Engineers, SRE) and guide issue/escalations to resolution
- Develop best practices and repeatable assets from engagements to scale through partners
- Collaborate with enterprise leadership and dispersed teams to deliver Consulting engagements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role with stakeholders and managing technical implementations or transformation programs
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting
