Overview As head of Scale's Connectivity Team, you will lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of connectivity solutions that integrate our platform with external systems. You will own large product areas, drive end-to-end features, and mentor engineers to ship high-quality results at scale. The role sits at the crossroads of API integration, distributed systems, and the data platform, enabling internal users and customers to connect reliably. You will influence engineering culture and collaborate across teams to turn business ideas into robust technical solutions. Responsibilities- Own large product areas end-to-end from concept to production
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external customers
- Build features spanning front-end, back-end, system design, debugging and testing
- Deliver experiments quickly with high quality to engage customers
- Influence culture, values, and processes within a growing engineering team
- Mentor and inspire less experienced engineers

Key requirements- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
