Overview In this role you will originate residential mortgage loans and cultivate a broad network of internal and external referral sources. You will guide customers to suitable lending solutions and deliver an outstanding mortgage experience. You'll manage the loan process to meet milestones and support partner relationships to drive growth. This position emphasizes compliance, risk awareness, and contribution to sales and service initiatives. You will work across cross-functional partners to maintain quality and customer satisfaction, with a clear impact on regional mortgage outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and nurture referral relationships to achieve production goals
- Counsel customers on mortgage options and solutions
- Support key banking partnerships and cross-sell initiatives
- Manage loan pipeline to meet documentation, closing, pricing, and compliance milestones
- Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience for relationship processing partners
- Assist with recruiting and training of support team members
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and risk management policies
Key requirements- High School or GED
- 3 years of job-related experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with general office equipment and PC/software
- MS Word basic; MS Excel basic; MS PowerPoint basic
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) identifier
- Experience with Easylender, Uni-form, and Genesis
