You will drive strategic growth in federal markets by shaping and winning high-value pursuits. Collaborating with capture leaders, SMEs, and partners, you'll engage customers, craft win strategies, and guide proposals. This role emphasizes cross functional leadership, rigorous opportunity management, and competitive positioning to deliver customer value. Responsibilities
  • Oversee business development, capture, and proposal activities to drive growth
  • Plan, organize, and manage captures in assigned markets
  • Identify opportunities via surveillance and qualify pre proposal prospects
  • Develop capture strategies, teaming plans, and marketing content with cross functional teams
  • Create winning proposal components: technical, management, staffing, and pricing
  • Lead customer profiling and needs analysis
  • Coordinate competitive assessments of CACI and competitors
  • Craft price competitive, executable solutions
  • Prepare and lead Milestone Reviews and other required reviews
  • Maintain knowledge management for pipeline forecasting and support internal leadership discussions
  • Recommend innovative technology options to strengthen win strategies
  • Engage customers to shape opportunities and feed insights back to the business group
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Five years of relevant capture, sales, marketing, shaping, and proposal experience (Government space)
  • Leadership and project management to organize significant capture activities
  • Excellent communication to lead cross functional teams
  • Strong problem solving for time sensitive, multi stakeholder projects
  • Experience capturing single award opportunities up to $100M+ in Government
  • Strong proposal development and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and build collaborative relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communications; experience briefing senior executives
  • Understanding of the FAR and DFAR and their impact on procurements
