Overview In this role you lead civil water and wastewater projects for a diverse client base within the Water & Wastewater Group. You will manage projects, develop client accounts, and ensure technical quality, profitability, and timely delivery. You'll coordinate staff, communicate with clients, and negotiate scopes and fees while cross-selling services. This position values energy, flexibility, and collaborative problem-solving to support the firm's mission and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and scale impact across projects.

Responsibilities- Manage assigned projects and develop client accounts
- Market and develop clients; ensure technical quality, profitability, schedule, and staff coordination
- Communicate with clients, negotiate scopes and fees, bill and assist in fee collection
- Maintain strong client relationships and cross-sell services
- Coordinate multiple mid-sized and small projects
- Support group leadership and collaborate with internal design teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering with PE in Virginia or other licensed jurisdictions
- 6-10 years of civil engineering experience in Water/Wastewater or Infrastructure
- Design/manage portions of projects using office software, modeling, and CAD
- Prepare specifications and assist in cost estimates
