Overview In this hybrid, Portland-area role you will lead the development and execution of US wholesale account marketing plans. You'll partner with Sales and Brand Communications to align brand, retail, and digital strategies that drive consumer engagement and sell-through. You'll manage in-store and digital activations, budget oversight, and cross-functional execution to deliver cohesive consumer experiences aligned with global priorities. Responsibilities- Define and align seasonal wholesale marketing plans with product and brand priorities
- Execute account marketing calendars to maximize brand presence and consumer engagement
- Collaborate with Key Account Sales to align marketing programs with commercial objectives
- Support digital and social marketing strategies for wholesale accounts
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned accounts and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and activations
- Plan and execute in-store activations, launches, and promotions in line with seasonal priorities
- Partner with Creative to ensure high-quality retail execution and enhanced consumer engagement
- Maintain understanding of consumer trends, retail behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform strategies
- Track activation effectiveness and optimize future investments using data and insights
- Oversee budget, cost control, and coordination with Finance for efficient allocation and performance tracking
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive consumer experiences and scalable marketing approaches
- Maintain relationships with retail partners to align on seasonal priorities
Key requirements- 5-8 years of professional experience in account or wholesale marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or equivalent minimum 5-8 years experience
- Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail business, account marketing, consumer engagement, and sell-through/profitability models
- Exposure to retail design and visual merchandising; knowledge of in-store presentation is key
- Budget, people, time, and money management; ability to use financial data to drive profitability
- Strong leadership and personal management skills
- Ability to travel 10-15% of time
- Experience working with internal department heads to generate ideas for account marketing programs
