Overview

In this role you will lead the Category Finance function, acting as a trusted partner to drive performance insights and close gaps through financial rituals and planning. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the Business Unit, while aligning with enterprise initiatives and zone priorities. You'll translate analytics into clear recommendations, support decision-making with P&L ownership, and guide cross-functional teams toward financial targets. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values process improvement and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic partnership through standard and ad-hoc analyses to identify business gaps and benchmarks
  • Lead BU planning and forecasting processes including major forecasts and the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and Integrated Business Planning (PMR, DR, IR, MBR)
  • Link BU processes to enterprise-wide improvements, leveraging best practices to streamline operations
  • Support US Zone initiatives such as M&A and related strategic activities
  • Own analytical results and ensure achievement of financial targets (e.g., trade ops/risks, A&C efficiencies)
  • Prepare management summaries and presentations; drive strategic planning, modeling, and analytics
  • Oversee end-to-end P&L management to enable effective decision making
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business
  • minimum 7 years of relevant experience in category, corporate FP&A, or BU finance
