Talent Enablement Manager

Overview

In this role you will design and deliver learning experiences that build capability across OpenGov, from leadership programs to e-learning and workshops. You will own the full enablement lifecycle, collaborating with SMEs to translate needs into engaging programs. You'll blend instructional design with strategic consulting to drive performance and growth across the organization. A core hook is applying AI-driven approaches to scale and accelerate learning in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify capability gaps with SMEs and leaders to design targeted learning solutions
  • Own end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs, from needs analysis to measurement
  • Create engaging e-learning and blended experiences using authoring tools and digital platforms
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training for contributors and managers with adaptable delivery
  • Advise HRBPs on team enablement needs to drive performance outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects with timelines, stakeholders, and accountability
  • Measure effectiveness with assessments and business outcomes, iterating based on insights
  • Stay current on learning trends and AI-enabled approaches to enhance capabilities
  • Design AI-powered workflows to amplify enablement impact and content delivery
Key requirements
  • 6+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, or related field
  • Experience designing and delivering both in-person and e-learning programs
  • Strong proficiency in slide-based content design and translating complex concepts
  • Experience building e-learning content using authoring tools
  • Proven ability to consult with and influence stakeholders on learning needs
  • Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows and content delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 4 days a week in office (Tuesday-Friday)
