Overview In this CFO role with a global manufacturing client, you will guide the financial function and shape the company's strategy. You will develop and implement financial strategies, ensure robust controls, and oversee the audit process and reporting. You will provide actionable financial and operational insights to support strategic initiatives, operating model decisions, and risk management. You will lead the finance team, collaborate with executives and lenders, and build tools to deliver timely, decision-ready information. Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies
- Prepare financial statements and monthly financial reporting
- Monitor internal controls and coordinate the annual audit process
- Review grant budgets and support risk management
- Monitor cash flow and advise management on findings
- Participate in strategic initiatives, operating model decisions, and operational execution
- Develop tools and systems to provide financial and operational information for decision making
- Provide training and coaching for the finance department
