Overview In this role you own the revenue for Front's largest strategic accounts, driving renewals, upsell, and multi-year deals. You work closely with cross-functional teams to position premium services as revenue-driving adds, while managing a big book with autonomy. You'll forecast rigorously and share a clear negotiation playbook that others imitate. Responsibilities- Own the revenue number for a portfolio of largest strategic accounts (renewals, upsell, cross-sell, net revenue retention)
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations from renewal terms to premium upsells and multi-year contracts
- Identify expansion opportunities using usage/health signals in coordination with the CSM
- Develop and articulate compelling pitches for services and premium packages as revenue enhancers
- Forecast accurately with defendable pipeline and renewal projections
- Define deal strategy and negotiation playbooks to set team standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to remove blockers and close faster
- Advocate for the customer voice in pricing and packaging to close larger deals
Key requirements- 5+ years in Account Management, Renewals, or commercial CS in SaaS with quota attainment
- Proven closer with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and multi-year contracts
- Experience selling services or premium packages as part of the deal
- Data-driven mindset using usage/health signals to support business cases
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills to balance customer needs with business outcomes
- Process-driven with ability to build systems and playbooks for a larger book
- Comfort partnering with CSMs, Solutions Architects, or technical teams while owning commercial outcomes
