Overview In this role you will lead the I&C scope for AI-driven data centers, focusing on the Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS). You will work within Design Group to deploy, configure, and commission control solutions across multiple sites, driving reliable infrastructure for critical facilities. You'll guide subcontractors on site and help scale a fast-growing account with cutting-edge technology. This position offers a strong impact in shaping how data centers are managed and monitored at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead deployment for greenfield data centers (BMS and EPMS)
- Translate design applications to on-site deployments at each site
- Perform point-to-point checkout of thousands of devices
- Configure communication protocols for equipment (switchgear, breakers, etc.)
- Configure and calibrate instruments (meters, VFDs, flow meters)
- Deploy and commission Ignition applications
- Provide guidance to Design Group subcontractors on site
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience starting up control systems with significant onsite time
- Ability to spend 75% on-site
- Willingness to travel 100% or relocate near site (relocation assistance offered)
- Strong communicator and ability to work within large teams
- Experience with BMS and EPMS commissioning is highly preferred
