Overview As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at TI, you will drive continuous improvement across manufacturing methods and procedures. You will support high-interrupt ramping tool install environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, yield, and quality. You will lead and execute improvement plans, problem solve with data-driven analysis, and help scale processes for a high-volume 300mm wafer fab. Responsibilities- Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, rapidly ramping tool install environment
- Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency, yields, machine operations, and quality
- Lead improvement plans covering efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and new product support
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to sustain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time
- Identify and communicate systematic process or equipment problems to engineering staff
- Support ramp with equipment/startup and process experiments (SWRs)
- Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
- Collaborate across teams to address fab priorities in a fast-changing environment
Key requirements- 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
